Herbal Blend "Winter Protection"

"Winter Protection" plant mix: thyme , eucalyptus , borage. Stimulants, antiseptics and decongestants for the respiratory tract, these plants are traditionally used to relieve flu.

Eucalyptus : known for the respiratory tract and decongesting acute bronchial affections, it has antibiotic, antiseptic, bactericidal and stimulating properties.
Thyme : the substances contained in this plant have an action whose main properties are antiseptic, bactericidal and antiviral. That is why thyme has always been used in conditions of fever and flu, intestinal and urinary tract infections.
Borage : purifying, soothing and sweating, it is known to calm coughs and bronchial affections. It can be used against feverish states because it promotes sweating and the elimination of toxins.

Put a spoonful of the mixture in 1 liter of boiling water, leave to infuse for 3/5 minutes.
1 cup morning, noon and evening before meals until the disappearance or clear improvement of the disorders.
