Methods of Shipping and Additional Services:

SHIPPING COST For the shipping and packaging of the order, a contribution of €10.00 (VAT included) is required for orders under €25.00, €7.00 (VAT included) for orders between €25.01 € and €84.99 and which can be canceled for orders equal to or greater than €85.00 (VAT included). 

Shipping and delivery times vary according to the chosen payment method and the type of delivery service selected.

If the order was paid for by Credit Card/PayPal, the order will usually be processed the day after the purchase; if the order was paid by bank transfer, the order will be processed the day following receipt of the credit (credit times depend on the banking circuits).

Once the order has been processed, delivery times range from 24/48 hours depending on the region for which delivery is requested. The exceptions are Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, smaller islands and high mountain areas (more than 60km away from the motorway network), for which delivery times can reach around 72 hours from the time of dispatch.

To facilitate the processing and delivery of the goods, we recommend that you always enter your telephone or mobile number in the appropriate field, so that we can easily contact you for any information relating to the order.

Anomalies and Defects in the Delivery:

Upon delivery of the products, if any anomaly is found ( damaged package, open package, dented package, wet package, destroyed package, crushed package, etc...) we invite you to accept the package from the Courier subject to inspection, indicating the reason on the waybill.

This will allow us to solve the problem more easily, requesting compensation for damages from the Courier.

Once you have accepted the package subject to control, immediately write an e-mail to info@comeinprovenza.it describing what happened by attaching photos of the package with anomalies.
