Organic edible lavender
Have you ever used lavender as an ingredient in cooking? Lavender gives a sweet and floral scent to desserts and a more original taste to savory dishes. It can replace rosemary in roasts because it is quite similar in terms of fragrance, or it can be added to grilled and baked vegetables.
Directions for use: Flavors honey and deliciously enhances apricot or peach jam, use it to stuff roasted meat to flavor it. Macerated with lemon, it is the basis of a very popular liqueur in Provence. Excellent for flavoring salads, desserts and fruit salads. Infused in milk or sugar syrup, it can be incorporated into yoghurts, ice creams and flans and fruit cakes.
