Rosemary water

Rosemary hydrolat for internal or external use obtained in the distillation phase:

the plants are heated in water from one side the essential oil is extracted while from the steam which cools down and passes into a liquid state the hydrosol is obtained which is nothing but distillation water.

* Internal use: indicated in case of lack of energy, liver problems, kidney weakness, weight gain before menstruation and concentration problems. Internally, 2 pure or diluted spoons are sufficient to drain. One drop in each nostril in the morning in winter helps prevent colds and nasal congestion.

* External use: tonic for the care of combination or acne-prone, mature and lacking tone skin, for problematic scalp (irritated, oily or with dandruff), for make-up removal or after shaving
