Handmade cushion with Sault organic medicinal lavender flowers and linseed, 100% cotton fabric, removable and washable.

Used hot, it relieves neck pain, joint pain, stiff neck, abdominal pain, menstrual pain, muscle pain, rheumatic disorders.

Used cold you can use it as an ice pack.

Warnings and directions for use: Cold therapy : to refrigerate the pillow, wrap it in a wrapper or place it in a waterproof bag, to prevent it from getting wet and odour-inducing, and place it in the freezer for at least 45 minutes.

Heat therapy : the pillow can be heated in various ways: traditional oven: heat the oven to 100°C, once the temperature is reached, turn it off. Wrap the pillow in parchment paper and place it in the oven until the desired temperature is reached. Microwave for 1 minute.

By direct contact with a heat source (such as a radiator, cast iron stove, etc.) for the desired time.

Attention! Before applying the cushion to the desired area, shake it lightly and check that it is not too hot. Do not heat the cushion again until it has completely cooled down.
