Discover the version of organic Calisson with a powdery cover thanks to fair trade cane sugar.
At the end of the 19th century, sugar was a rare commodity, used with reservations. At the Biscuiterie de Provence they followed the same principle during the hours spent studying the recipes before the Calisson d'Aix to finally end up with the Calisson de Saint-Rémy... slightly sweet, very soft and with a delicious almond flavour.
Ingredients: sugar*, almonds*, orange peel*, invert sugar syrup*, egg*, unleavened leaves (potato starch, vegetable oil).

Produced in a laboratory that uses milk, pistachios and gluten.
