Anchoïade

Anchoiade is a typically Provençal sauce that is served with croutons and lots of raw and cooked vegetables. You can serve the anchoiade as an appetizer or to accompany an aperitif, as is customary in France, naturally all accompanied by a good glass of very chilled rosé wine!

Ingredients: cream of anchovies (anchovies, olive oil, vinegar, salt, spices) 60%, black olives from the Mediterranean basin 34%, pickled capers, olive oil, dextrose, garlic, salt, spices, flavourings.
