Clary sage essential oil has balancing and calming functions, with its scent it transmits feelings of relaxation and is a precious accomplice of our nervous system in the most difficult times, an authentic natural antidepressant , which promotes inner harmony and tranquility of spirit. It is also able to give balance to the hormonal system of women . It is recommended to combat mood swings typical of menopause , and is recommended in a number of situations such as abundant menstruation , amenorrhea , strong pains due to the cycle and alopecia that arises from hormonal alterations.
Clary sage essential oil is healing and it's good for the skin. It repairs skin structures that have suffered damage, which is why it is recommended in case of dermatitis , acne, mycosis , sores, insect bites.
The beneficial abilities of this essential oil are many, which is why it is so appreciated in aromatherapy , as well as for its sweet, delicate and pleasantly herbaceous scent.
Uses: Add 2-3 drops to a cream or oil and massage on the belly to calm painful turgidity and tensions of premenstrual syndrome and to lighten the pains of dysmenorrhea . It favors the appearance of the cycle in case of amenorrhea and irregularity, it helps to control the abundance of the flow. In the menopause phase it mitigates the effects of hot flashes and restores calm in the typical irritability of the period. Used on the legs, it improves the imperfections caused by the stagnation of liquids and the peripheral circulation of the lower limbs, with beneficial effects on varicose veins.
In the room diffuser, 3 or 4 drops of oil and its perfume it will spread throughout the room, with positive consequences for mood and spirit. Being calming and relaxing is indicated in the room before sleep.
For the gargle . Dilute 2-3 drops in a glass of warm water, and rinse every day to counteract problems such as gum irritations.
A few drops on the chest , to facilitate breathing and ease the symptoms of colds and bronchitis.
For aromatic baths : add 8-10 drops of essential oil to a handful of sea salt and pour into the hot tub water. Leave to soak for about 15/20 minutes
