Tapenade is a Provençal dish made from a puree of finely chopped olives, capers, salted anchovies, garlic and olive oil. Its name comes from the Occitan word "tapenas" which means "capers".

The tapenade masterfully accompanies the most important aperitifs, spread on croutons, but it also goes well with grilled meat and fish dishes, and sometimes even with first courses.

Ingredients: Green olives 82%, capers 6%, olive oil, anchovy paste (salted anchovies 82%, olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, pepper, cloves), wine vinegar, garlic, pepper.
