Strawberry Lavender Soup

Difficulty level: Very easy
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Rest time: 3 hours

Ingredients for 6 people:
750 g of ripe strawberries
50 cl of rosé wine, 100 g of sugar
5 cl of strawberry syrup
1 tablespoon of edible lavender seeds

1) Bring the wine, sugar and strawberry syrup to a boil in a saucepan. Lower the heat and continue cooking for 10 minutes.

2) Remove from the heat and add the lavender , cover and leave to infuse for 10 min.

3) Cut the strawberries into pieces, pour over the warm syrup and refrigerate for 3 hours.

4) Serve with lemon shortbread biscuits.
